'PanETS Sandwich panels' have been developed to provide maximum thermal insulation of cold rooms in industrial areas. LOCK series panels; It is used in many areas such as meat processing plants, fruit & vegetable storage, frozen food processing and storage, seafood processing and storage, storage of supermarket products, storage of chemical and medical products.
Floor Sandwich Panels produced in our ANKARA production facility offer a variety of products with 7 different thicknesses with locked/unlocked options. It provides energy efficiency and ease of assembly for your cold room areas with its locked and special insert detailed structure. The two-stage eccentric locking mechanism facilitates the connection of the panels to each other and provides maximum insulation values by tightening the combined polyurethane surfaces. The locking mechanism is used in our panels with thicknesses of 60mm and above.
Floor panels are produced in two types as Plywood surface and OSB+CrNi according to your needs. The upper surface of the floor panels is produced by injecting polyurethane with a density of 43(+/-2) kg/m3 between the upper surface material of your choice and the lower surface painted galvanized sheet.
Floor panels with plywood top surface are resistant to moisture and superficial abrasions thanks to its 9mm hard and dense texture with film. Thanks to the honeycomb patterns on it, it is also resistant to slipping on the floor.
CrNi top surface The top surface of the floor panels is provided by making 11mm OSB and 0.50mm AISI304 quality CrNi sheet with slip resistant pattern with Henkel adhesives under the press during injection as composite. Ral9002 polyester painted galvanized sheet is used as standard on the lower surfaces facing the floor.
