SHOCK DEVICES

It is the process of lowering the core temperature of foods to be kept for a long time to -18 °C.
In order to preserve the products for long term period, theyshould be frost until the core temperature reaches -18°C inpoint of the food safety.
After the core temperature of the product reaches -18 ° C, it must be shipped to the Frozen Storage warehouse. Freezing rooms at -40 ° C should not be used for storage purposes but as process processes.
Shocking should be done as soon as possible.
Air cooled condenser or water cooled condenser can be selected according to the conditions.
Condenser surface area and capacity are designed according to tropical climate conditions.
Compliant with Standards IP 55 Integrated Panel and all electrical equipments are mounted on the unit and ready for installation.
Double-stage reciprocating or screw compressors are used in devices.
single Double-stage reciprocating devices has a capacity range from 5 HP to 65 HP and screw compressors can be used at high capacities.
It has a Wired Remote Control Panel.
Optionally, there is a low speed silent fan option. All devices have Acoustic Sound Insulation and Fault Signal Lamps.
